Villa **** is a modern two-floor American-style house with 130 m2, for eight people, with a view on old town Labin which is located on one of the many hills in the area. In the upper part of the house there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room, a bathroom and another bedroom. Right next to the house is a covered terrace with a dining table for ten people, as well as a barbecue and a pool with 48 m2. In order to ensure a more comfortable and relaxed vacation, we have placed 8 large lounge chairs with parasols and a gazebo next to the pool. For our youngest visitors there is a small house in the back yard with a slide. Beautiful garden with 1700 m2 fully enclosed with a natural hedge and loan with automatic irrigation system surrounds the villa. Pets are more than welcome. Exceptional peace and harmony with nature thrills our gests for the past 7 years and they keep returning to us with the best of compliments. For our regular guests we organize gatherings with barbecue dishes and a glass of good wine.
