Description of apartment Tomislav2 till now: Apartment Tomislav2 (A2+2, approx 35 square meters) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with extra bed (couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep. Apartment has view on the countryside (garden view), air conditioning, wifi free and insured parking place in the yard. ==> My plan is during winter 2020 to modernize the Tomislav2 apartment with a new wooden terrace and an outdoor whirlpool as well as a larger kitchen. What will be changed? Inside the apartment Tomislav2 will be the same: a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. But the kitchen is getting bigger: Instead of a table, there will be a kitchen island with additional kitchen elements and a dining area. The kitchen will have a much larger fridge, a special wine fridge, dishwasher, ... Ceramic plates are changed on the floor in the bedroom, living room and in the kitchen. There will be another television in the bedroom. In the living room, in which the picture is on the wall (large red picture), the wall will break out and create glass doors (240 cm wide) and a terrace behind the house. The apartment will receive approx. 30m2 new terrace (part of the garden). On the terrace there is a whirlpool, a sun terrace and a table with chairs. There will be a wooden base on the floor.... The whole apartment will be completely renovated except the bathroom. The bathroom will remain as before. We wish that the apartment gets 4 stars after the renovation.
