VILLA PARSELLA POOL (heated) + SAUNA + FITNESS This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with swimming pool is located in a quiet and natural environment with a wonderful view of the islands and the sea. Swimming pool is heated. Pool is heated in the pre / post season. We also have an outdoor grill. Parking is on the property right next to the house. The modern villa was built in 2014 in Duce Rogac, Dalmatia and is ideal for longer and relaxing stays. DuceRogac is centrally located in Dalmatia and is therefore a very good starting point to get to know this region. A visit to the nearest town of Omis, which is only 2.5 km away, offers additional content and entertainment for all ages. Visit the pirate fortress in Omis, treat yourself to a rafting adventure on the Cetina River, hike in breathtaking surroundings, take advantage of the climbing opportunities, go diving, fish your dinner or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches which grace the coast from Omis to Duce Rogac. We recommend a day tour to Split, the largest city in Dalmatia and at the same time a cultural metropolis with a wonderful old town, or Makarska with the most beautiful beaches in Croatia and a breathtaking mountain landscape.
