Reservas Mas Pinell offers various types of accommodations for rent, from 1-bedroom apartments, to luxurious houses with 3 bedrooms. All the houses have a communal pool and are situated at no more than 450 meters from the beach, depending on the type of house you choose. During the summer months (15 June - 15 September) the urbanisation offers facilities as a supermarket, bar/restaurant with pool and a beach bar. The houses are located near the town of Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit (Girona - Costa Brava) in a private residential area and just 350 metres from the beach you will find the houses. The house DARO 3D in MAS PINELL (Toroella of Montgri) has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity of 6 people. Accommodation of 100 m² comfortable and fully equipped, with use of communal area with swimming pool, is overlooking the garden (lawn and tamarind). It is located 350 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area by the sea. It is a privileged area of Costa Brava in Catalonia, located near the towns of Pals, Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large residential and quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the population, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for during your holidays. Mas Pinell area is separated from the town center, in the high season there is a supermarket and restaurant / bar in the urbanization. The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, TV and exit to the terrace, private garden (fenced) with garden furniture and barbecue. The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery /cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, tea maker and toaster. There is a toilet on this floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms (4 individual beds) with a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a suite (double bed) with bath and small balcony. The house has a garage available. However, it is easy to park in front of the house.
