Location of the object: Both holiday apartments, the art gallery, our old farmhouse and the garden are situated on a sunny terrace in upper Kobdilj just next to the former Fabiani Estate. We are reachable by car from the main square of lower Kobdilj or by foot from Stanjel on the Fabiani path, which is clearly signposted (a 15-20 minutes pleasant walk). The nearest Adriatic beach is at Sistiana mare (I) - 25 minutes away. It takes 1/2 h to the famous caves of Skocjan and Postojna, 1 h to Ljubljana or Piran, less than 2 hours to Venice or the Soča Valley (Julian Alps).
