The granary of a yard was once the storage room for seeds and grain and therefore has a considerable size. We have granted a general overhaul to our granary and furnished a beautiful apartment for four people. With their equipment we have put a lot of emphasis on the atmosphere. Whether holiday with dog, family vacation or alone, here you will feel comfortable from the beginning. At almost 80 square meters you can expect a spacious living room with comfortable dining area and sofa bed, two attractive bedrooms with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern daylight bathroom. The larger bedroom has two single beds, the second room also has two Single beds and closets with plenty of storage space. You will find a stove with oven and hood, a dishwasher, a spacious fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and enough cutlery and crockery for four people. There is also a comfortable seating area where you can start your day with fresh bread rolls. living room Here you can bear it! Enjoy the evening and review the events of the day. The living room has a lot of atmosphere. A TV keeps you up to date on current events. The facilities also include a hi-fi system and a tablet for uncomplicated internet access. Hiking maps & information material are available as an analogous orientation aid. veranda Does the smell of coffee and crunchy rolls make your mouth water? The granary veranda is perfect for breakfast al fresco and sunbathing. Let the day fade away with a glass of wine. Here you start refreshed in an eventful or leisurely day. Location and surroundings Experience the unique landscapes of the nature reserve Melbecke in all its beauty. The valley of the Melbecke is embedded between Fretter- and Elspetal in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge. Our holiday farm is right in the middle of Melbecke-Lennestadt. Attractions Wander around Elspe or visit the unique shows in Europe's largest show and festival park in Lennestadt. A particular highlight is the Karl May Festival, which attracts over 200,000 guests each summer and can compete with Bad Segeberg. Dive into the wild west world for a few hours and let Winnetou & Old Shatterhand sweep you away. In the nature park Sauerland-Rothaargebirge lure hiking trails and magnificent views. For each additional person we charge 10,00Euro per night. In all our prices the additional costs and the final cleaning are already included. The bed linen, towels and tea towels are already included in the price. For children from 0 to 6 years, accompanied by 2 adults, there is no charge. For children from 6 to 12 years, the price of the room is € 5,00 per night in Accompaniment of 2 adults. The minimum stay is 2 nights except during the holiday season. Here, the minimum stay is 4 or 5 nights. Dogs are welcome. We charge 8,00 Euro per night.
