The 450 square meters large, secluded chalet with private pool on the northern outskirts of Palma de Mallorca is perfect for families and groups up to 20 people. There are 9 free allergy-free bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms in a fenced 3000 sq. ground. The property consists of the main house, outbuildings with studio and the patio, courtyard with BBQ, a large pool and garden areas. Almost all rooms have safes, air conditioning and central heating. All rooms can be darkened up; they are very quiet and have large double beds. In the whole house there is free internet available. The ground floor offers a cozy living room with an open large corner fireplace, a TV corner, the Mallorca library and the dining room for 20 people. Upstairs is another very bright living room with TV corner and several sofas. In the two living rooms are satellite TV, Spanish TV and spacious seating for a cozy gathering. The rustic fully equipped kitchen with fireplace is a dream for any housewife or cook. The beautifully decorated bedrooms have large wardrobes, Majorcan blinds and allergy-free bedding in queen-or king-size format. For the kids there is a Baby Bay and a cot for free. On the ground and first floor are free safes for the guests. All bedrooms are equipped by arrival with two bath towels and hand towels.
