There is a large open plan living room, dining and kitchen area with connecting doors leading to an exercise room, and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and is ensuite. Bedrom 2 has a large double. Bedroom 3 has 2x single beds and bedroom 4 has 1 bunk bed. The main bathroom is modern and bright and has a bath, shower,washing machine. The kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher,coffe making facilties, kettle, toaster,fridge and freezer .There is also a walk in pantry. The dining room has a large dining table seating up to 6 people with an additioanl 4 seater table in the kitchen. The living room offers a plasma satelite tv ,dvd,cd player, computer, a well stocked library with German, English, Italian and Croatian books. In the execise area you will find an exercise bike, a running machine,steps, and weights. There is a large covered bbq and grill area with additional seating for up to 8 people. The house has 2 covered parking places as well as space to park an additional 2 vehicles. The nearest beach is Peroj and Fazana and are both less than a 5 minute drive away and Pula airport is 15 minutes by car. Near the house there is a shop with ham tasting room where you can enjoy smoked ham, bacon, sausage and pork loin. There are only offered high quality products.
