Opatija is a pearl of Adriatic,the Habsburg royal family winter holiday resort since 1845. My villa was originally built in 1891, the first owner was Antonio, and I, Antonija am the last owner (3rd in raw) and that is why villa got the name "Antonija" after total reconstructionin 2003, also seccession styla as original, but totally modernized inside, airconditioned, heating, suitable in winter as well. The first beach, so called childrens'beach is only 70 metres from villa. Also,only 70 metres from Lungo Mare, famous Franz Joseph 14 km sea-walk, from Opatija to Lovran, is the total health air spa.Villa "antonija" has 4 apartments, from 2 to 2+1 to 4 guests. Beatiful garden is for guests, also terraces, during winter camelias are blooming, when snow covers the nearby mountain Ucka. Wellness and great number of restaurants serve to enjoy, but you can also enjoy preparing your own fish and vegetable dish in the apartment. Social life during winter, not only during summer is excellent, many wellness places ( Thallassotherapy 2 km walk) or by taxi very cheap, or by bus..REgular guests are specially taken care....please come and enjoy. thanks.
