Our house is a beautiful mediterranean house with pool and sea view. It has everything that a family or a group of friends need during a vacation on beautiful Island of Lošinj. It is 20 meters from the beach and 10 min walk from center of Nerezine. We offer free parking spaces for our guests with an outdoor teracce with a fireplace. toilet and a shower, and at the back of the house there is secluded space surrounded with mediterranean herbs with a couple of beach chairs. Getiing around is quite easy, everything needed is nearby and can be reached by foot or by bike. There is also a walking trail near the sea wich connects the locaton with the centre of Nerezine. The location offers a beautiful seaview with a sandy beach and a sunbathing area. There is also a coctail beach bar 5 min walk where guest get 10 % discount on any and all purchases. During the day it is a peacefull sandy beach with a simple menu and shover, and during the night it becomes a party destination with DJ and coctails.
