For cooler seasons there is a fireplace in the living room and floor heating throughout the house. Parking for several cars is reserved directly in front of the house on our own property only for our guests. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as the exit to the terrace. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed. In the basement there is the wine cellar and a generous Konoba where we offer you a large assortment of top Croatian wines at no extra charge! The Konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 30 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a barbecue. There is also a bathroom with shower, WC and tumble dryer. Villa Goran was built in 2013 on a 460m² plot, and is about 1.4km from the old town Makarska. The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls and offers complete privacy and security to you and your family, your children and pets. We are happy to organize your transfer from Split Airport and Dubrovnik at an additional cost.
