Your holiday home is located in Cranzahl, in
romantic Sehmatal, in between mountain-city
Annaberg-Buchholz and world-famous winter
sports town Oberwiesenthal, amid Christmas
land „Erzgebirge“ (Ore Mountains), one of
Saxony’s most beautiful regions.
Your holiday spot has a good infrastructure, yet
is surrounded by dreamy woods, calmly flowing
streams and mountains with juicy meadows.
In the village there is a historical steam railway
and a water dam, which is a great starting point
for numerous hiking or biking tours to the beautiful
surroundings.
Either museums, visitors’ centres, and technical
monuments, or speedy downhills on wellprepared
ski-runs and a miles long network of
hiking trails and cross-country ski runs invite
you as family or outdoor enthusiast to enjoy
and to get to know the Ore Mountains, its traditions
and more, in summer as in winter season.
