Comfortable holiday apartment is located in touristic pearl Duce (Central Dalmatia). Distance from the sandy beach is only 50m. Duce is famous on Adriatic coast for its sandy beaches that are natural phenomenon. Due to the mouth of river Cetina, Duce has 4 km long beautiful sandy beaches and shallow sea which is ideal for families with children.

Holiday apartment (A4) is located on the second floor of the family house. Apartment has Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. It has 45 m2 total surface (35 m2 apartment interior + 10 m2 of private balcony). Balcony has beautiful panoramic view to the blue sea and island Brac (orientation south). Balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture for 4 persons and with large sun umbrella for shadow.

Apartment A4 consists of one bedroom, kitchen/dining room in the separated room with double sofa bed, and private bathroom. There is exit to the balcony from the kitchen/dining room. In the bedroom there is large double-bed for 2 persons (1.80 m x 2.00m), two night tables and large wardrobe.

In the kitchen/dining room there is large LCD TV with local channels and HDMI cable for connecting portable devices like laptop and watching your media content on the TV screen. In the kitchen there is double sofa bed for children (pull-out sofa bed, 1.60m x 2.00m). Kitchen is equipped with all kitchenware, electric hob, 2 refrigerators with freezers, microwave oven, coffee machine and kitchen towels. Guests prepare their own meals in the apartment.

Apartment has private WC with shower cabin. We provide you with bath and hand towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Guests have hairdryer, iron and ironing board at their disposal. We offer bed linen changing on weekly basis.

Apartment has free parking place in the house courtyard (off-the street parking site).

We also provide upon request:
• flexible changeover day (arrival and departure any day of the week, anytime during the season, even in high season)
• flexible check-in / check-out time (check-in already at 8 a.m., check-out possible up to 3 p.m.)
