This brand new, two-storey vacation house is located on a hill above centre of Vinjerac (hamlet Žunići), far away from tourist crowds and traffic. High walls allow you privacy while enjoying on our veranda (250m²) with private swimming pool, garden, two outdoor sitting areas and BBQ. If you want more fun or active vacation, there are table tennis, badminton, board games and cards waiting for you.
Ground floor: open concept kitchen/living room/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning and floor heating. Bath/WC. Storeroom with laundrey machine. Exit to the veranda.
Upper floor: 1 room with possibility of having twin beds or double bed, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, floor heating. 1 room with double bed, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, floor heating and exit to the terrace ( 5 m², terrace furniture). Shower/WC. 1 room with double bed, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, floor heating and en suite bathroom.
The center of Vinjerac, restaurants and the nearest beach are 2 minutes away by car (1.5km). You can also enjoy many hidden beaches nearby, take long walks and be active. 3 out of 7 croatian national parks are within 1 hour's drive (Krka, Plitvice, Paklenica) and if you want to experience a boat ride, visit Kornati national park (the ride starts in Zadar, 30km away).
