The villa is located in the mountain town of Svoboda nad Úpou, a perfect gateway to the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains.
Ski slopes and attractions for children are within close proximity. The location offers a wide range of activities in both winter and summer seasons. A great bonus is the ski bus stop just 5 meters from the villa. The nearby mountains are ideal for cycling, skiing and hiking, and a golf course is also located close by.
A large spacious garden is available for your enjoyment, featuring a grill, children’s playground, summer swimming pool, trampoline and a terrace with seating for 8 guests plus an additional bench for 6 guests.
The entire villa was fully renovated in 2021. Our villa is spacious enough to accommodate your whole family comfortably.
FEES
Energy consumption is payable on site in cash according to usage.
Security deposit: 5,000 CZK (200 EUR). An additional local tourist tax of 25 CZK per adult per night is charged.
Accommodation
The villa offers accommodation for up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms (2 of the 14 beds are pull-out lower extra beds).
Bedrooms
Villa Lumina features 5 bedrooms for 10–14 guests.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms:
One bedroom for 4 guests (including 1 pull-out extra bed)
One bedroom for 2 guests
These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, bidet and toilet.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms:
One bedroom for 4 guests (including a lower extra bed)
Two bedrooms for 2 guests
Each upstairs bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and clothes rack.
There is also a children’s playroom upstairs, furnished with a table for 4 children, children’s seating and plenty of toys suitable for children from 2 months to 10 years old.
Two travel cots (including bedding) and two high chairs are available upon request.
Bathrooms
The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets in total.
On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet in the hallway and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and toilet.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bathrooms, each belonging to a bedroom.
Each guest receives a hand towel and bath towel free of charge. A hairdryer is available in the downstairs bathroom.
Heating
Radiators are installed in every room, and the villa also features underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat.

One parking space is available directly in front of the villa.
Additional 3–4 parking spaces are located approximately 150 meters away.

Villa Facilities
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall equipped with a toilet and coat rack. This hallway serves as the central access point to the entire house.
To the left, there is a spacious bathroom with access to one of the bedrooms.
The ground floor also features a modern fully equipped kitchen with clean lines and elegant design. The kitchen includes high-quality appliances: fridge with freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric kettle, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and contact grill. There is also a built-in illuminated cabinet with wine glasses.
The kitchen is connected to a dining area with a large table for 12 guests. The space also includes a living room with a sofa, armchair and Smart TV.
This open-plan area serves as both a dining and relaxation zone, with direct access to the terrace.
The terrace features seating for 8 guests plus a bench for 6 guests, a charcoal grill and a gas grill.
During the summer months, the spacious garden offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and includes a swimming pool.
