The Lavanda, Sole & Garden Bungalows in Porec, district Kukci, 3 km from the beach and center, in a quiet location.
shared: garden (fenced) with lawn, lawn, barbecue, swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m) from May to October.
Shopping 300m, restaurant 400m.
The bungalows are located directly in the garden on the ground floor, nicely furnished: living / dining room, satellite TV, air conditioning, exit to the garden and covered barbecue area and intimate terrace with garden furniture. 2 double bedrooms
Kitchen: fully equipped with crockery, refrigerator, 2 hotplates, toaster, microwave, kettle for filter coffee machine. Shower/toilet, free fast internet connection - WLAN.

Additional information on the rental prices
Prices valid for up to 4 people per night
Tourist tax 1.60 euros/day per person,
Refundable deposit on arrival day 100 euros
Pets - on request daily 10 euros.
Final cleaning 60 euros

Washing machine on request 10 euros
Arrival 3 p.m./ Departure by 10 a.m
The deposit is required, after consultation, at the time of booking and the balance three weeks before arrival. The refundable deposit of 100 euros and local tax are due upon arrival.
