Description: Apartment - Appartment Mirka, Lipno Stausee
The house is situated in the quiet part of Lipno nad Vltavou, not far away from the town centre, ski area Kramolin (300m) and aquaworld Marina Lipno (250m). If you go along the asphalt road between Admiral restaurant and Lipno lake resort uphill, you will easily find your parking places at the house. You are welcomed all year round!
The house itself is divided into two separated apartment units with total capacity 12 beds.
- There is, on the 1st and 2nd floor, prepared accommodation for 8 persones in 3 rooms - baby cot at disposal.
You will have also at disposal large living room, completely equiped kitchen (including washing-up machine, refrigerator, microwave oven,…) and 2 bathrooms with shower corner and bath. Parking in front of the house on own plot or in garage.
- Accommodation in the ground floor is provided for you in large apartment for 4 persones in 2 bedrooms with own equiped kitchen, living room and bathroom. The apartment is orientated to the South with terrase. Parking places in the garden in fron of the building.
Television net with sattelite receivers in apartments, garden furniture at disposal.
