This summer holiday house is located outside the city bustle in Fazana, yet close enough to the center. The fully fenced house offers a scenic outdoor space of 400 m2 with a spacious lawn and garden decorated with olive groves. The interior of this renovated and modernly decorated house consists of a living room with sofa bed which is connected with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the cozy house has 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds and one bathroom with shower. The outdoor terrace is covered and has a barbecue. Relax and enjoy your time in the colorful exterior of a summer home. A washing machine is available for guests as well as a dishwasher. The room is air conditioned, has satellite TV and WI-FI, 3 parking spaces are provided. Well behaved pets are allowed upon request, with a surcharge of EUR 10 per night. The security deposit is 100 EUR.
