Vacation house is located in the heart of Istria, a small village Sutivanac situated above the river Rasa. Sutivanac is a small place with only about three hundred people and several hamlets. Perfect for an escape from city traffic, crowds, noise and clutter. Full of greenery, meadows and forests, pristine nature, gives you the option of endless walking and enjoying the pure nature, unpolluted sites panorama of rural life.
Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy additional amenities such as a marked hiking trails, biking, fishing on the river Rasa, picking seasonal herbs, asparagus, mushrooms and medicinal herbs. Only 200 meters away from the football, basketball and handball courts, which guests can use for recreation. And those who are brave and eager excitement, only 15 minutes drive from Sutivanac have the opportunity to try something new and fun in the best adrenaline park in Istria - Glavani Park.
Place is located 20-30 km from the famous tourist destinations: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj, Rovinj, Porec, Umag and Opatija, which abound in many programs throughout the year.
