Description: Holiday home Schoenes und gemuetliches istrianisches Steinhaus , Istrien Südküste
Villa "Valentina" is made for 5 people and its 90m² are divided in a ground floor and an upper floor.
The ground floor has air-conditioning and consists of a nice living-room with a fireplace made of stone, satellite-TV, DVD-player, a fully-fitted kitchen and one bathroom (washing-machine) with shower. The upper floor has two bedrooms(fan) with double bed, one bedroom(fan) with a single bed, and a big bathroom with two wash-basins and a tub.
In front of the house there are a cosy, roof covered, terrace with garden furniture, a grill place and a wash-basin; in the courtyard, which belongs to the house, is a parking place. House Valentina has an outdoor swimming pool, which gets also used by the guests from the houses Aurora and Mirta. The pool area is provided with chaises-longues and an outdoor shower.
Wi-Fi-Internet, safe and hairdryer. Cots, and gym are on request.
