Description: Holiday home Schoenes und gemuetliches istrianisches Steinhaus , Istrien Südküste
Villa "Mirta" is suitable for 4 people and it measures 120m², which are divided in two spacious floors; they are kept in a nice and elegant style, and provided with air-conditioning.
The ground floor consists of a big dining-/living room with a nice fireplace, LCD-TV, satellite-TV and DVD-player; further there are a fully-fitted kitchen and a WC (washing-machine). From the living-room you come to a roof covered terrace with garden furniture, from where you directly reach a nice outdoor swimming pool. At the upper floor of Mirta there are two bedrooms with double bed, and each room has its own bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool is used also by the guests of the houses Valentina and Aurora.
WI-FI-Internet, safe and hairdryer. House Mirta has one parking place; Cots and gym are on request.
