As the name itself says, it is a nice little apartment of 33m2. The apartment can accommodate families with one or two children. The apartment is on the ground floor of Villa Marija so it can be easily accessed. It has three rooms, a bedroom with a bed (160x200), a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a big sofa bed which is used as an extra bed for two people (160x200). two adults can comfortably sleep on it. The kitchen is small but nice and it has all basic utensils. The apartment is air-conditioned. There is also a coffee machine, a microwave a satellite tv, a fridge, an electric cooker and a free wireless internet.

FAMILY APARTMENT A2:
The apartment A2 (33m2) is on the ground floor of Villa Marija. It can accommodate families with two children. It is on the east side of the house. It has three rooms, one bedroom with a bed (160x200), a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a big sofa bed which is used as an extra bed (140x200) for two people up to 18 years. In the small but nice bathroom there is a shower. The advantage of this apartment is a big terrace (shared with the A1 apartment). Both apartments , A1 and A2 are usually rented by two families who want to spend holidays together so they have plenty of space in front of the house -on the terrace and in the garden. The apartment also has its own private terrace in front of the entrance to the apartment. On the terrace there is a table and some chairs. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning, a coffee machine, a microwave, a satellite TV, a fridge,an electric cooker and a free wireless Internet.

The apartment B (70m2) is on the first floor of Villa Marija. It is very comfortable and spacious and it can accommodate one big family. It has four rooms. Two bedrooms with beds 160x200 inside each. If needed, an extra bed (90x200) can be put in each of them. There is a kitchen with a table and six chairs, an electric cooker and a big fridge. There is also a spacious bathroom. The apartment has a big balcony with a partial view of the sea and a garden in front of the house. There is also an air conditioning, a coffee machine, a microwave, a satellite tv,a fridge and an electric cooker.

As the name itself says, it is a very big apartment (80m2) with modern and luxurious furniture. The apartment was fully renovated in 2012. It is on the second floor of Villa Marija and it can accommodate up to five people. It has four rooms. There is one bedroom with a 160x200 bed with the view of the sea. You can see the sea even lying in bed! The living room is spacious with a luxurious kitchen, a table and six chairs.In that same room there is a 160x200 bed instead of a sofa. The bathroom is modern with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a terrace with the view of the sea, the bay of Pirovac and the old town of Pirovac. The apartment has an air conditioning, a coffee machine, a microwave, a washing machine, a satellite tv, a fridge and an electric cooker.
