he Villa was completely renovated and modernized , so it can now give their guests the satisfaction of accomodation in 5 very comfortable, wide-spaced apartments ( 50-150m2), situated on the edge of the coast of the beautiful emerald sea, hidden in the quiet shadow of the tall palms and cypresses the empire Cikat bay. Villa Hygeia can be organised as one-group house (on special request and for max. 26 guests ) or house with five luxury apartments . Also important , the apartments on the same floor can easily be connected , thereby providing greater comfort and life possibilities for larger families or friends max. 8-10 pers. The main characteristics of each apartment is its sea view , accomodation where exceptional spaciousness is important for the feeling of freedom and comfort being realized through the harmony of stylish interiors refreshed with the latest echnological equipement ! On the Villa’s ground floor Guest can enjoy two apartments with garden terraces - “ADELMA” for 2/4 pers. on 75 m2 ( sitable also for our guests with disabilities ) , and “CAROLA” 4/6 pers. - 75 m2 big . On the first floor there are apartments “MIRASOLE” for 2/4 pers.(with a balcony total 55m2) and “PAOLA” - 4/6 pers. on 85 m2 + 25 m2 terrace with eating garniture and shower corner . Finally on the loft is the largest suite - “JOSEFS” 6/8 pers,(110m2+ 30 m2 terrace with eating garniture and shower). All guests can enyoy in preatty private garden (400 m2) with sun-chairs , stone table-garnitures and solar shower !
