75 square meters house that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a large area with sitting room, kitchen, fireplace, a balcony on the first floor and a 40 square meters courtyard.
An old cottage built from stone, a fine example of Cretan rural architecture, was renovated and were transformed into a
guest house - loft style- that offers its guests the comforts of a modern accommodation
It is located at the center of Listaros village and for its renovation basic construction materials were used, which in this case are wood and stone. The original plain cubic form of its architecture was maintained in order to preserve the “character†of a typical cottage of the broader region and Listaros. At the same time, a lot of attention was paid so as to equip it with all comforts that meet the high standards of a modern accommodation
