Enjoy your holidays in the middle of Dalmatia region, just above one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. Spend it with your friends at the two floor house with a 60 m2 terrace,beautiful nature and a spectacular sea view ! The House is located in Mimice, small quiet and pleasant village 30 km from the Split city. Location is ideal for great family vacations, near the 1700 years old ancient Split town and some 2 hours driving from Dubrovnik, another jewel of Croatia. So by staying in Mimice, you can get all the benefits of a quiet and beautiful nature + you can make a daily trips to the most popular and attractive locations in Croatia. You should also visit Omiš, old city just 8km away and explore the beautiful river Cetina, take a mild rafting tour, very suitable for children. There are also daily organized sailing ship trips to the islands of Brač and Hvar. The beach on the pictures is some 50m from the house down the stairs, and another one 200m further. If you are more into the solitude and privacy, you can rent a small boat and enjoy solitude beaches few miles away that are not accessible from the land. All the beaches are natural, made of small round rocks (pebble beach). Three apartments in the house ,two smaller on the ground floor and one large on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen with two large fridges and a dishwasher, air condition, washing-machine, satellite TV, laaarge grill and stone table behind the house, 60 m2 terrace, private parking behind the house, everything included in the price. Clean towels and linen, soap etc. will be there for you, of course. Feel free to taste fresh figs direct from the trees around our house. You will not share your apartment with anyone during your stay. Although very close to the sea, only the stairs can take you there, so the house is not suitable for a wheelchairs access. There is a way around to bypass most of the stairs, but not all of them :(
