The Bungalow lays in the garden of a small Finca, it is an ideal place to relax, go swimming, country walking, only 10 min. away from the beach, shops, restaurants, disco etc., only 20 min. to Malaga and about 1 hour to Granada and other main sightseeing places. The Mediterranean style bungalow is ideal for 2 to 4 persons, with lovely sea- and mountain views, south facing, very private, own entrance. The bungalow is fully equipped, has a comfortable lounge, 1 bedroom with two double beds, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, living area, app. 70 m², and patio, Sat-TV and gas or electric heating for colder winter nights, in total 160 m² at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, 4 cooking plates, oven, coffee machine, cattle, etc. The bungalow and all terraces are on one level, so it is an ideal place also for elderly people. Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly, by booking for 14 days. The tenant has to pay electricity, water by meter and gas. The final cleaning is included in the price. Additional Cleaning is possible. Pool and sun terraces can be used by the tenant. A small selection of English books is available. The bungalow is easy to be reached by a tarmac road, parking place. Own transport is required; the next bus station is app3 km away. This is an animal lover’s home with animals, we would welcome a dog or cat.
