The house on the Ile de Ré is located in the extreme west of the island, in the village of Saint-Clément des Baleines. This is an ideal base to explore the island, to relax and enjoy nature. It is located only 5 minutes walk from the sea and beach (côte sauvage) and the village center. The lighthouse "Phare des Baleines", the beach "La Conche", the surrounding forest and salt marshes near the nature reserve are within easy reach. The next major supermarket is only 3.5 km away. There is a wide range of tourist, artistic, cultural and sports activities. The house faces south-west and is on a totally confined plot. You can park the car in the yard. From the large, open and bright living and dining room, you can access both the terrace with barbecue area in the east and the garden in the west of the house. The well equipped kitchen is semi-open to the living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday on our island. The house is rented from April 20, 2013 to August 24, 2013.
