We have two modern studio apartments suitable for up to 4 people. One has a double bed and a fold-out couch in the living room. The other has two single beds and a fold-out couch in the living room. Both apartments have a kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom and balcony. Both apartments have air-conditioning, sat tv and have a beautiful view of the entire Kvarner bay. Villa Skakavac is located in the town of Icici on the Opatija Riviera. We have free internet (wifi), free private parking and we are walking distance to the beach, store, ATM, exchange office and post office. A short walk along the 'lungomare' takes you to the nearby towns of Opatija and Lovran. We are also an excellent location as a homebase for excursions to Istra or Ucka. We offer a variety of accomodations for groups from 2 to 10. We hope you will come and stay with us!
