The apartments are located in two buildings, A and B. A facility has been designed and built in a way that has winter gardens so that our guests can enjoy the warmth and sunshine even in winter. Facility B doesn't have winter gardens as building A, but it has large balconies. Both buildings give you the opportunity to choose from 10 superb, new and modern apartments, which will make your holidays seem special and memorable. The buildings are located 50 meters from the beach. The interior and exterior design used traditional local natural stone that offers Mediterranean atmosphere both outside and in the inside of the building. All the apartments have a winter garden or a balcony, or a winter garden and a roof terrace which provides an unobstructed view of Zadar, sea and islands.
