Island Brac is considered to be one of the most beautiful Croatian islands which is very near Split-Dalmatian capital. It is very well connected with the mainland town of Split by regular car ferries and with the other settlements on the island by frequent bus lines. Ideal house for your summer vacation is Croatia. Located in Supetar on island Brac. With very low prices for all the summer and 3 apartments we consider our house a great chance to have a luxury accommodation and still don't spend enormous amount of money. At your disposal you will find apartment with 3 beds on the ground floor. Second floor has 2 apartments. One apartment has 3 beds and the second even 4+1 beds. Second floor disposes with large balcony with sea view. If you desire we can merge both apartments on the second floor and make one big apartment for 8-9 people. Behind the house is grill and space for eating and in front of the house there is a garden and a large parking place for 4-6 cars. We provide parking space for every guest. House is situated nearby hotel "KAKTUS" and sport centre Supetar. Beach is only 3-5 minutes by walk. “Villa Valerija“ is in ownership of agency “Maestral” and it has been completely renovated and modernized in the beginning of 2005. Since house has central heating it is opened all year around and offers very acceptable conditions in off season in pleasant climate of Middle Dalmatia. In the house there is also summer reception opened for all guests. Our employees speak German, English, French and Italian language. Visitors tax is not included in the price. In the preseason and postseason It is possible to rent the apartments A2 and A3 separately.
